Café Lingua Spain

Tento týden naši krátkodobý dobrovolníci ze Španělska uspořádali tradiční Café Lingua, které pojali maličko jiným způsobem. Samozřejmě jsme se dozvěděli zeměpisná fakta o jejich zemi, ale měli jsme také možnost nahlédnout blíže do jejich života. Ukázali nám vlastní fotky ulic, kaváren a dalších zajímavých míst, které každodenně navštěvují. Přidali i videa tradičních tanců a sportů a hudby. Samozřejmě nechyběla ani ochutnávka tamní kuchyně, na které se hosté velmi pochutnaly. 

Ačkoli všichni tři pocházejí ze stejné země, seznámili se až u nás v RADCE. Jako tým, společně se čtvrtou dobrovolnicí Tiko z Gruzie, fungují jako perfektně promazaný stroj a jsme velmi rádi, že jsme je u nás mohli přivítat. 

This week, our short‑term volunteers from Spain organized the traditional Café Lingua—but with a unique twist. Of course, we learned geographical facts about their country, but we also got a closer glimpse into their daily lives. They showed us their own photos of the streets, cafés, and other interesting places they visit regularly. They also shared videos of traditional dances, sports, and music. Naturally, a tasting of local cuisine was part of the event, and the guests truly enjoyed it.

Although all three volunteers come from the same country, they only met here at RADKA. Together with Tiko, a fourth volunteer from Georgia, they form a well‑oiled team—and we are very pleased to have been able to welcome them here.
