Mateřská centra na Slovensku // Maternity centers in Slovakia

V listopadu pokračoval projekt Sítě pro rodinu z Erasmu, který mi jako člence prezidia střešní organizace umožnil druhou mobilitu, tentokráte slovenských kolegyň z mateřských / rodinných center. Vzhledem k aktuálním pandemickým opatřením v každé zemi ze německé kolegyně účastnili pouze online a i zbytek (Slovenky a Čěšky) byl na Slovensku částečně omezený v aktivitách, ale přesto jsme získali mnoho zajímavých zkušeností a informací a užili jsme si pěkné společné chvíle.
V Martine jsme navštívili mateřské centrum Wings, jež se podílelo na vzniku akreditovaného kurzu Akademie praktického rodičovství, který je uznáván v rámci neformálního vzdělávání. Poté jsme sdíleli vyprávění o činnosti sdružení Úsměv věnující se rodinám s “výjimečnými” dětmi (jak si zde krásně pojmenovali děti s handicapy). Dále jsme se seznámili s činností a prohlédli prostory mateřského centra Isbička a Svobodné demokratické školy a nakonec jsme obdivovali nově vzniklé co-workingové centrum Mamamaka s komunitní zahradou.
Po cestě do komunitního centra Zoe s MC Dupajda v Nižné jsme navštívili impozantní (i pro filmaře) Oravský hrad. Členské rodiny zde nedávno renovovali prostory za přispění města, místních podporovatelů a samozřejmě svépomocí. Připravili nám také výborné domácí pohoštění a večer zpříjemnili zdejšími folklorními mistry. V programu byla zajímavá beseda se Silvestrem ze spolku Vlčatá.sk o tom jak vést děti a mládež ke kritickému myšlení.
Ružomberok je město obklopené vrcholky Fater a Tater (Matra už je v Maďarsku, jak jsem se tu dozvěděla) a navštívili jsme i zdejší zajimavou Galerii Ludovíta Fullu. V MC Nevedko jsme sdíleli radosti pestrých aktivit a starosti státní (ne)podpory také s dalšími centry slovenské Unie i ve srovnání s příkladem z australského Sydney. Entuziasmus jejich dobrovolnických členek je nezdolný už dvě desítky let a věříme, že jednou všechny ženy, které dělají svět pro další generace lepším budou doceněny.
Na závěr jsme získali krásný zážitek z Vlkolínce, který i s fujarou patří do UNESCO a který jsme opouštěli již za tmy, kdy sem prý přichází medvědi.

In November, the Erasmus Family Network project continued. As a member of the presidium of the umbrella organization this was my second mobility, this time visiting Slovak colleagues from maternity/family centers. Due to the current pandemic measures in each country, only a German colleague participated online and the rest (Slovaks and Czechs) in Slovakia was partially limited in activities. We still gained a lot of interesting experience and information and enjoyed nice moments together.
In Martine, we visited maternity center Wings, which participated in the creation of an accredited course of the Academy of Practical Parenting, which is formally recognized in non-formal education. Then we shared a story about the activities of Smile association, which was dedicated to families with “exceptional” children (children with disabilities are beautifully named here). We also got acquainted with the activities and visited the premises of Isbička maternity center and Free Democratic School, and finally we admired the newly established Mamamaka co-working center with a community garden.
On the way to the community center Zoe with MC Dupajda in Nižná, we visited the impressive (also for filmmakers) Orava Castle. Member families have recently renovated the premises with the help of the city, local supporters and, of course, self-help. They also prepared an excellent home-made meal and made the evening more enjoyable with local folk masters. The program included an interesting discussion with Silvestr from the Vlčatá.sk association on how to lead children and young people to critical thinking.
Ružomberok is a town surrounded by the peaks of the Fatras and the Tatras (Matra is already in Hungary, as I’ve learned here) and we also visited the interesting Ludovít Full Gallery. At MC Nevedko, we shared the joys of various activities and the worries of state (non)support also with other centers of the Slovak Union, even in comparison with the example from Sydney, Australia. The enthusiasm of their volunteer members has been immeasurable for two decades, and we believe that one day all the women who make the world better for future generations will be appreciated.
In the end, we got a beautiful experience from Vlkolínec, which even with the typical fujara belongs to UNESCO. We left already in the dark, when bears are said to be coming here.
