Mezigenerační centra v Německu/ Intergenerational centers in Germany

V únoru znovu pokračoval projekt Sítě pro rodinu z Erasmu a já mohla jako členka prezidia této střešní organizace navštívit třetí partnerskou zem a načerpat inspiraci pro vlastní práci.
Vrátili jsme se do rodiště myšlenky mateřských – mezigeneračních / komunitních center v německém Salztgitter-badu. Zde již v roce 1983 vzniklo díky Hildegart Schooss první centrum (vlastně rovnou mezigenerační), a tato myšlenka a iniciativa se dále šířila po německu až do zahraničí. V roce 1993 díky inspiraci Rut Kolínské pak vzniklo první mateřské centrum v ČR, a v roce 2003, když také vznikla střešní organizace mateřských a rodinných center Sít pro Rodinu, bylo založeno i MC v Kadani.

V Slztgitter-badu město a kraj vybudovali v roce 2020 nový komunitní dům, který obsahuje mateřskou školu, rodinné centrum, denní centrum pro seniory i mládež a především všudepřítomný spojovací prvek kuchyň s jídelnou. Multifunkční prostory s rozlohou 2 tisíce m2 doplňuje i velká zahrada a každodenní propojování generací tu za financování samosprávy funguje již 22 let.
Dobře si spočítali, že prevence je o mnoho levnější než následné sociální služby.

V Braunschweigu jsme pak viděli obdobné menší zařízení, ale naopak dále propojené s městským oddělením rodinné péče a církví v jednom opravdu spolkovém domě a opět s přidruženým bazarem oblečení od dětí až po dospělé, vřetně péče o bezdomovce apod. 

Stihli jsme i prohlídku tohoto krásného historického města a malý výlet do přírodního okolí i centra starobylého Goslaru.

We have returned to the birthplace of the idea of ​​maternity – intergenerational / community centers in Salztgitter-Bad, Germany. Thanks to Hildegart Schooss, the first center was established here in 1983, which continued to spread throughout Germany and abroad. In 1993, thanks to the inspiration of Rut Kolínská, the first maternity center in the Czech Republic was established, and in 2003, when the umbrella organization Network for familie was also established, the maternity center in Kadan was also founded.

In 2020, a community house was built here with funding from regional and town funding, which contains a kindergarten, a family center, a day center for seniors and youth, and above all a ubiquitous connecting between kitchen and dining room. The multifunctional premises with an area of ​​2,000 m2 are complemented by a large garden where interconnection of generations has been operating for 22 years with the financing of the local government.
They have calculated well that prevention is much cheaper than follow-up social services.

In Braunschweig we then saw a similar but smaller facility, but on the contrary further connected with the city department of family care and the church in one really federal house and again with an associated bazaar of clothes from children to adults, including care for the homeless, etc.

We also managed to tour this beautiful historic city and a small trip to the natural surroundings and the center of ancient Goslar.
