Výměna mládeže: Try Erasmus+

První letošní výměna mládeže se uskutečnila minulý týden na Zásadě u Kadaně od 23.6. do 28.6. Připojili se k nám státy Španělsko, Rumunsko, Maďarsko, Švédsko a Polsko. Ačkoli participanti pocházeli naprosto z jiných kultur, jako tým fungovali perfektně! První dva dny samozřejmě trvalo než našli ¨společnou řeč¨, ale třetí den už komunikovali bez problému.
Formou neformálního vzdělávání se účastníci dozvěděli spoustu nových informací o tématech wellbeingu, ekologie i demokracie. Zapojili do několika workshopů, diskuzí i uměleckých projektů.
Účastníci si podívali i do města Kadaň, kam jsme došli pěšky a cestou jsme se zabavili otázkami na téma wellbeing.
Poslední den, na návrh Švédského týmu, si každý vyrobil vlastní obálku, do které si pak účastníci mohli psát osobní vzkazy, což dodalo závěrečnému dnu lehce melancholický nádech, ale zároveň završilo výměnu mládeže lépe, než jsme čekali.
Samozřejmě nechyběly ani klasické interkulturní prezentace, kde každý tým mohl reprezentovat svůj stát.
Podle slov účastníků, výměna proběhla téměř perfektně, až na malé nedokonalosti v ubytování a příliš teplého počasí.

The first youth exchange of the year took place last week in Zásada near Kadaň, from June 23 to 28. We were joined by participants from Spain, Romania, Hungary, Sweden, and Poland. Although the participants came from very different cultures, they functioned perfectly as a team! Naturally, during the first two days it took some time to “find common ground,” but by the third day they were communicating without any problems.
Through informal education, participants learned many new things about well‑being, ecology, and democracy. They took part in several workshops, discussions, and art projects.
The participants also visited the town of Kadaň, walking there on foot, and along the way we entertained ourselves with well‑being questions.
On the last day, at the suggestion of the Swedish team, everyone made their own envelope into which participants could then write personal messages. This added a slightly melancholic atmosphere to the final day, while also bringing the youth exchange to a more touching and fulfilling close than we expected.
Of course, the classic intercultural presentations were not missing, where each team could represent their country.
According to the participants’ feedback, the exchange went almost perfectly, aside from minor inconveniences with the accommodation and the rather hot weather.
